This book is an excellent book to listen to or read. I just completed this book. It provided so much understanding about myself and give frame references to each stage of our emotions, mindset, and experiences through life. This book explained with clarity and analogies for us to understand the responses we go through that all keep us alive. This book explain to you how to navigate/understand your thoughts and emotions through each stage of being and when to implement the integration (phoenix, eagle, scorpion mood) in life adversities with clear understanding and explained the deepest self sabotaging thoughts or mood you might experience while going through the never ending cycles in life. This book shows you life does not pause while you figure things out, but make you understand yourself better and be more coherent to beware of your stages. Excellent book 💯💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️
